I was looking for breakfast option and I found this place in the Google. I liked the reviews and the location so we gave it a go on Saturday morning. A hidden cafe in the harbour, at first I thought there is no such a place there but a board with an arrow helped to find them. I enjoyed my Scottish breakfast, the staff is lovely and really unique location! In good weather you can sit outside admiring the naval ship and historic dockyard on the Portsmouth side.

A little hard to find, but well worth the search, the Scottish breakfast was fantastic, and the hot chocolate was the best yet according to my son!

Initially thought 13.50 was a bit pricey for my full Scottish but NO. The quality was superb, nice and hot and plentiful. Service was great and nice and friendly. A lovely clean hidden away little gem. Remember folks quality cost that little bit more.

I’ve been to some pretty nice places in recent years but T by the Sea - once I’d located it- made me think there’s not much point going anywhere else for breakfast out or light lunches near home and I take my friends and family too. One man said he had the best gf club sandwich he’d ever tasted. Just faultless. Nice freshly made food including home made cakes, very clean- helpful and incredible service -lovely place to sit outside in good weather too
